Palliative Care Medical Officer

As part of the future planning of our services, we are wanting to appoint an 0.6/0.8 FTE Palliative Care Medical Officer.

We are flexible around type of tenure and start date.

Our hospice is located in the capital of Taranaki, New Zealand – New Plymouth, which has a population of around 75000 as part of a regional population of around 123000.

As a coastal city we have a fantastic environment for younger families with many lifestyle choices available. There is a wide choice around leisure activities and housing with sea, bush and snow within a 30 minute travel radius.

There are excellent direct transport links to international entry points of New Zealand and we are happy to talk through an appointment package that meets your needs, professionally and personally.
