Our 5 HospiceShops are major contributors of funds to financially support Hospice Taranaki so that our services remain free to patients and families/whanau.
Make sure you have plenty of time when you pay us a visit. There is a surprise around every corner and plenty of bargains for all - something for everyone. People on lower incomes and people who could afford to buy new, anyone looking for a bargain, and definitely anyone looking for retro - they all shop at the HospiceShops. Staff and volunteers pride themselves on shops which are clean and well presented.

Open: Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm.
Donations of goods are very welcomed. There is a donation "drop off bay" that is open Monday - Friday 7.30am - 7.00pm, and Saturday mornings 7.30am - 1.00pm. After this time on Saturday and Sunday please take your donated goods to our Borrell Ave Warehouse (very easy to locate off Tukapa Street)

Not a retail store - this is our sorting and storage facility.
Please take your donated goods here Saturday 1pm - 5pm and on Sunday 10am - 5pm.
If you have a large selection of items that you would like collected, we do have volunteers available to pick up donated goods. Please give us a call at a HospiceShop nearest you and we can arrange a day and time that suits you.

Christmas/New Year hours 2018/19
All shops close at noon on Christmas Eve, and re-open on Thursday 3rd January with normal hours.
Donations of goods over this time can be delivered to Borrell Avenue Warehouse during the following hours:
- Monday 24 December - OPEN UNTIL NOON
- Tuesday 25 December - CLOSED
- Wednesday 26 December - CLOSED
- Thursday 27 December - 7.30 am - 4 pm
- Friday 28 December - 7.30 am - 4 pm
- Saturday 29 December - 7.30 am - 5 pm
- Sunday 30 December - 10 am - 5 pm
- Monday 31 December - OPEN UNTIL NOON
- Tuesday 1 January - CLOSED
- Wednesday 2 January - CLOSED
- Thursday 3 January - normal hours resume
