The 2019/2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at Te Rangimarie Hospice, 5 David Street, Westown, New Plymouth in our Yarrow Wing Education Suite on Monday 30 November at 7.30 pm.

• Presentation of the 2019/20 Annual Report
• Confirmation of the Board of Trustees for the 2020/21 year
• General Business - Amendment to Society Rules - Appointment of Patron

Members of the public are welcome to attend, however only financial members are able to vote.
