Butterfly Tea Party
During the month of August you can gather your friends together for a tea-drinking, cake-eating afternoon and help raise $3,000 for Hospice.
Phillippa Kingi, she is called a Phoenix trader - to us a local supplier, says she will provide a display of; special stationery for a Butterfly tea party from a large range of the Phoenix stationery products and charity cards from this range they will be donating 100% of all sales to us!

the BACH on BREAKWATER
Annual Hospice Fundraising dinner at the Bach will be the first Thursday in September.
The wonderful chefs lead by Shaun Tarr are planning a special dinner menu which will delight all.
This year there is a new twist as this isn't a set price it is a "Pay us what you think your dinner was worth" for Hospice dinner.

Gareth Morgan is coming ...
Who is Gareth Morgan -Economist and investment adviser.
Morgan helped his son Sam with TradeMe, "buying a couple of hoardings, funding a letterbox drop". He also lent him $75,000 when Sam needed to expand, and was delighted when Fairfax bought the company for $700 million.
Almost immediately, Morgan decided to give his $47 million share to charity.
