Tree of Remembrance

Tree of Remembrance Christmas trees will be placed around the province; Waitara, Opunake public Library 15th - 19th, New Plymouth Centre City 6th - 21st December. These Trees are an opportunity for people to take a moment to remember a loved one who has passed away. A gold coin donation is made and a "present" placed on the tree for them. The trees will later be taken down and the "presents" blessed with ashes scattered around Te Rangimarie.
